I am very happy to welcome the most popular and so far most successful football team, the Brazilian team, in Königstein. Everyone involved is motivated to give her/ his best to make your stay in Königstein as comfortable as possible.

Königstein invites you to get to know the sights of the town. Historical buildings like the two castle ruins as well as the picturesque town centre and parks. The region also offers many highlights. Amidst the exquisite Taunus landscape there are worthwhile destinations to be found.

Places of interest in our town and region

The main attraction of Königstein is the castle ruin. It is one of the largest fortresses in Germany from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the town and the surrounding area (see web cam). Above Falkenstein towers another castle ruin worth seeing. The picturesque townscape is inviting for strolls along the numerous shops and restaurants or for walks though the beautiful parks. But also the surrounding area offers many attractions.

With an altitude of 880 m the Feldberg is the highest point of the Taunus hills. From the plateau you can experience a fantastic view overlooking the Rhein-Main-area up to the mountains of the Westerwald and the Odenwald. For more information click here
